This site is under development. Analytics and advertising scripts are not enabled. The optional Tawk.to live chat widget is disabled by default and loads only after you explicitly accept chat cookies (see below). The enquiry form validates your entries in the browser; when the contact backend is active and you submit, those details are sent to Scalenta's database and a notification email provider as described below. While the backend is not configured, the form tells you that nothing was sent or stored.

Standard technical logging needed to serve pages securely (for example, request logs held by the hosting environment) remains possible at the infrastructure level; the final version of this policy will describe it precisely.

The contact form will then collect: your name, business email, optional company and phone number, the service area you select, your requirements, and the page your enquiry came from. These details will be stored in Scalenta's database and used solely to respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting conversation. Notification emails will be sent through a transactional email provider.

Retention periods, access controls and deletion procedures will be documented here in the final policy before the form goes live.

The only optional third-party integration currently implemented on this site is the Tawk.to live chat widget described below. It stays inactive until you explicitly consent. Analytics, advertising or similar tools are not enabled; they will only be added after the owner approves them, and this policy will be updated — including what they set and why — before they are enabled.

This website integrates Tawk.to, a third-party live chat service. The chat widget is disabled by default and will only load after both of the following conditions are met:

1. Valid Tawk.to Property and Widget IDs are configured (the public IDs are fixed in the site's source configuration).
2. You, the visitor, explicitly consent by clickingAccept chat cookies in the consent banner or by enabling theLive chat toggle in the footer.

If the widget loads, Tawk.to may set cookies and process data such as your IP address, browser information, and chat session data to provide the live chat functionality. Tawk.to's own privacy policy governs their data handling:

Your consent preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to our servers. You can change your preference at any time via the Live chattoggle in the site footer, or by clearing your browser data for this site.

Because nothing is collected today, there is nothing to access or delete yet. When data collection begins, this section will explain how to request access, correction or deletion, and how to contact Scalenta about privacy matters. Until direct contact details are confirmed, the contact page is the way to reach us.
